Incorporation

Gable Holdings Inc. is incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the Companies Law with the registered number 141760. It wholly owns a European Insurance company called Gable Insurance AG based in Liechtenstein from where it operates and underwrites European Insurance Risk under the European Union Directives.

Non UK Company

As the Company is not resident in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man it is not subject to the City Code.
